Simple, Quick, Effective
Simple; Your body is a weight, you carry it around everywhere with you. No need for barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, medicine balls, and the list goes on. Just by using your bodyweight you can compile a very simple, time efficient workout. Not to say that you can’t use the above tools, but if you can’t even handle your own bodyweight then what business do you have picking up a 16kg kettlebell? Build a base first, bodyweight.
